If I have you help us put our processes together do we have to do anything after that?

Yes. We will assist you to put the processes together but it will be up to you to ensure they are implemented, maintained and reviewed. We can help you with that as well but it’s your decision as to what level of help you want that works for you.

Can I just take out insurance to cover me instead of doing all this?

Accepted Answer

No. You will need insurances as part of business risk but you cannot insure against the OSH requirements. It is a legal document and as a business owner no matter what size you have to put steps in place to comply.

You can start using the templates provided by THS, but you will still need to tailor your processes to what you do and how you do it.
